José Pariente is made from 100% Verdejo grapes.

View: In the visual phase can see a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections.

Nose: The aroma, high intensity, elegant, fresh and complex. It shows a marked fruity tone, covering the range of white fruit (pear, peach), citrus and passion fruit. Also appreciate fennel aromas of undergrowth and background aniseed, balsam.

Palate: The palate appear again fresh fruit notes. Creamy, sweet and elegant with a gentle touch of bitterness at the end, characteristic of the Verdejo variety. It has a great structure that favors their persistence.
