Alceño Sauvignon Blanc Barrica is born from the highest vineyards, seeking freshness and balance. The aging in the barrel gives it longevity, being a wine suitable for storage.
Alceño Sauvignon Blanc Barrica ferments in new 500-liter French oak barrels. At the end of the fermentation, a transfer is made to the same barrels on their own lees with a batonage a week for 3 months, achieving aromatic complexity, freshness, balance and depth in the mouth.
