D`Mateo Quintás

D`Mateo Quintás is made with a selection of grapes from terraces located in the Ribeira del Rio Avia. The fermentation of the different varieties is carried out separately and at a controlled temperature, after its elaboration the wine is kept in steel tanks waiting for the cold temperatures of the cold winter of the Ribeiro region that favors a slight raging and clearing of totally natural way.

Straw yellow color with greenish hues is fine aromas, memories of white fruit and floral notes. Rich, expressive and mineral. In the mouth it is balanced intense, balanced acidity that gives it freshness with elegant and fruity long aftertaste.
