Nueve Olas is made with vineyards over 40 years of age in traditional trellis, on granitic and sandy-clayey soil rich in organic matter. It is harvested manually in boxes of 20 kg. and subsequent aging on fine lees for 8 months with batonage.
Straw yellow color, the nose has a high intensity in which aromas of stone fruit and quince predominate, in the mouth it has a sweet entry with a broad and unctuous passage through the mouth due to its aging. Fresh acidity and well integrated for this great Albariño.
