Bermejo Malvasia Semidulce

Bermejo Malvasia semidulce, white wine elaborated by Bodegas Los Bermejos in Lanzarote under the DO. Lanzarote.

In this wine the musts of Malvasía are enriched with a small percentage of Moscatel grape must, giving a little more freshness. Before the alcoholic fermentation is finished and all the sugar has been transformed, the musts are cooled and the fermentation stops, leaving traces of natural sugars.
With all the aromatic sensuality of the Malvasia and Moscatel grapes (citrus, mango, medlar, and floral, rose, jasmine), but with softer palate and soft juicy.
