Enrosado, the oenologist Rosalía Molina has set out to make wines that express the typicity of the D.O. Manchuela. Made with the Garnacha Gris variety, it does not contain sulphites. Fresh and elegant, very mineral.
Also called Orange Wine, the fermentation process is carried out in amphorae with shells.
