Laya is a young red Garnacha grapes whose Tintorera and Monastrell come from vineyards in the area of Almansa between 700 and 1,000 meters.
The grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and then remain four months in French oak barrels.
Cherry color with purple hues, very bright. The nose dominated aromas of ripe red and black fruit and floral notes. The palate shows a balanced power, unctuous step with a long finish and remarkable persistence.
