Blau, a wine of great complexity of the IO Montsant prepared by Cellers Can Blau, winery was founded in 2003 by the Gil family.
Blau is a blend of three classic varieties of the area: Carignan, Syrah and Grenache from 35 hectares of vines with an average age of 40 years.
In terms of processing, carried out a maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days approx. at a temperature of 25 ° C. After fermentation, Blau goes through a 4-month aging in French oak barrels.
