Initio Las Moradas

Las Moradas de San Martín is one of the wineries that is gaining attention within the DO Vinos de Madrid. Initio is a grenache robe, with great aromatic complexity.

Clean, bright cherry and high layer trimmed with garnet red. Grenache varietal nose occurs much complexity in terms of aromas of blackberry preserves, prunes, orange blossom, licorice and cocoa with a variety of wild herbs and a mineral background. The palate is lively, smart, comprehensive and structured, with a long and deep persistence that makes it very personal.

Perfect with all kinds of meats, stews, cooked, Iberian, cheese, red tuna, rice and pasta.
