Maceration periods of around 18 days are carried out, pumping over twice a day.
Aged in barrels for a period of 16 to 18 months.
At first glance it presents a high layer, cherry red tones, on the nose fruity notes with spicy nuances where vanilla or coffee also appear, voluminous in the mouth, balanced between acidity and tannicity, silky and velvety.
