El Cabernet-F de Chozas Carrascal

The Cabernet-f from Chozas Carrascal, Vinification in a concrete tank. Two turbopigeage is carried out daily, one and two thirds of the way through the fermentation a deléstage is carried out.

The flower wine is malolactic using French oak barrels first used for red wines. These barrels have previously been used for fermentation and aging on white wine lees. During the first months of aging, batônnage is carried out weekly.

  At first glance it presents a high layer, red and violet tones, on the nose extremely elegant, the black fruit stands out, on the palate full-bodied, with mineral and balsamic notes.
