Otazu Premium Cuvée, fermentation in a stainless steel tank. with controlled temperature, aged for 12 months in fine-grain French oak barrels, passing to the bottle for 14 months before being marketed.
At sight it presents a cherry red tone with a medium layer, on the nose the black rubs dominate, intense and complex, on the palate a greedy entry with an elegant and fruity finish.
