Description

Cair Selection "La Aguilera" vineyards at an altitude of 820 m. with more than 45 years. Malolactic fermentation in barrel, previously a double selection of grapes is made, it is left to macerate in a cold room, performing a pre-fermentation in a stainless steel tank.

At sight it presents a cherry red with violet tones, on the nose aromas of black fruit are appreciated, floral notes stand out, on the palate it is complex.
