Verum Pinot Noir is made by fermenting 50% with the whole bunch and 50% destemmed together with the stems. Subsequently aged for 8 months in barrels.
At sight it presents a ruby red and low layer, on the nose it is floral reminiscent of violets, wild fruits, moist soil and very well integrated wood, on the palate it is velvety, intense and fresh.
Pairing with cheese, fish or meat.
