Detrás de la Casa there is a fermentation in a stainless steel tank. at a controlled temperature, later it goes on to be aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
At sight it presents an intense ruby color, on the nose aroma of red fruits, somewhat floral reminiscent of violets, on the palate ripe red fruits are presented, spicy with notes of toast.
Pairing with cured cheeses, red meats and sausages.
