Manual harvest in boxes, with macerations between 18 to 20 days and micro-oxygenation. Aged for 4 months in French and American oak, dedicating 70% of the time to the first and 30% to the second.
The aroma of red fruits stands out on the nose, the intense red tone in sight and a touch of toast and vanilla that are contributed by the time in the barrel. On the palate, fresh notes and correct acidity.
