El Reflejo is a wine dominated by the Bobal grape that is born next to the Júcar river, in the Cuenca municipalities of Casas de Benítez and Pozoamargo. It is considered a village wine, as it characterizes the wine made traditionally in those municipalities. Its elaboration is carried out with native yeast and, as a curiosity, during its aging there are containers made of two materials: stoneware vessels and oak barrels. A fruity red with hints of spice and wild grass.
