Agricola de Cadalso

Agrícola de Cadalso Syrah is a wine made with 100% Syrah, macerated and fermented in concrete tanks for 15-20 days with two daily pump-overs. It is a smooth, velvety and voluminous wine, with good balance, lots of red fruit, compote fruit and floral and herbaceous notes.

In 2015, Comando G started a collaboration project with the Cadalso Agricultural Cooperative to prevent the abandonment of the vineyard in the area (it is estimated at 80%) and the disappearance of the cooperative itself, founded in 1956, where they had been come to vinify more than 6 million kg of grapes.
