Las Cabañuelas is made entirely with the Garnacha Tinta varietal from old vineyards on granite soils with a contribution of slate soils, located in the Paraje del Jorco (Cebreros), a vineyard with high quality grapes where it is tilled biodynamic.
Manual harvest. Fermentation with native yeasts in wooden vats where it is then aged for approximately 6 months.
Las Cabañuelas is a light cape wine, with the typical nose of the Grenache of the area, light structure and very fruitful.
