From Chiripa, the most personal wine from Bodegas Valderiz, a tribute to his mother Inmaculada Cristobal, granddaughter of Tio Chiripa.
De Chiripa is made with 95% country ink and 5% Albillo from its own vineyards between the ages of 20 and 30 and organic farming. It is aged for 12 months divided into 50% Foundre 20% Concrete and 30% Barrel.
