Inédita 02 de Alceño

Inedita, monovarietal of Garnacha Tintorera from the Finca de Arriba, a limestone and stony ground at an altitude of 800 meters and surrounded by Mediterranean forest, from a selection of vines with a production of less than 1.5 Kg per plant.

Inedita, she spends 15 days macerating and then moves to new American oak barrels for 3 months. Followed, it goes to barrels of second French oak wine for 9 more months. To finish giving it personality, it ends with another 6 months in new Jupils French oak barrels to achieve an extraordinary flavor and a perfect relationship between sugar and acidity.
