Valderiz is a Tempranillo monovarietal from vineyards over 25 years old planted on trellis, following the guidelines of organic farming.
Valderiz has a very smooth preparation, without large extractions, in steel and wood vats with a capacity of 14,000 kg. During the elaboration enzymes or yeasts are not used that are not the native ones of the own grape.
