Hacienda Monasterio, a red wine made by one of the wineries that in recent years have achieved the highest prestige within the framework of the Ribera del Duero, with an aging of 18 months.
Hacienda Monasterio is a coupage of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, of vines planted between Pesquera and Valbuena de Duero, through organic farming. The winery has the services of the winemaker Peter Sisseck, owner of the famous Pingus Domain.
Very mineral nose with a touch of licorice very integrated with the tertiary aromas of the barrel. In the mouth it has a fresh, vinous, and fruity entrance that give way to fine and nervous tannins, its end is fragrant and fruity.
