Volver

Volver is made with the best Tempranillo grapes from the "Finca Los Juncares". Unique vineyard of 29 hectares cultivated in 1957. Located at an altitude of 660 meters, in very poor and extremely sandy soils, yields are very low, 1-2 kilos per plant. The grapes are harvested by hand, and transported in small boxes to prevent damage to the fruit. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and aging for 15 months in these.

Back has a deep purple color, aromas of tobacco, licorice and blackcurrants. We are facing a wine with a lot of body, a long and balanced finish.
