108 Soles: Adrián de Pablo's personal project. A wine from Madrid, made with the Garnacha variety, from high mountain areas. Despite its 12-month aging in second-year barrels, the wood goes unnoticed and we find a wine that is easy on the palate, fresh and light, but highly complex.

Alan de Val Mencía: Like a good Galician red, this Mencia is extremely delicate. Low degree and high acidity, offer the perfect combination to enjoy a red wine at this time.

Finca San Blas Garnacha: The latest project of one of our favorite wineries, it is possibly the most "atypical" wine of the winery, since it is made with Garnacha, a variety that is not exactly the most popular in the Requena area (Valencia). ). However, they have managed to produce an extremely elegant wine, which in its first vintage has already obtained 95 Tim Atkins points.
